I had gained a lot of weight and didn’t feel well. After learning that my dad had died of a heart attack, and my mother battled cancer and hypertension, my doctor suggested I begin physical activity at least twice a week.
After talking about different things I could do, she suggested running. Even though I played sports in high school and baseball in college, I despised running. However, I decided to give it a try. Since then, I have run 4 half marathons, 3 ten milers, and multiple 10 and 5K races. Physical activity became not only a way to improve my health, but it also became something I truly enjoyed.
This experience has inspired me to help others to make fitness a part of their life by becoming a certified personal trainer. Let me help you to get moving.
